In the Edwardian 'Golden Age' of picture postcards,
Francis Goldophin Osbourne Stuart was perhaps the premier publisher
in southern England. Based in Southampton for over 40 years,
for over 40 years, he issued some 2500 scenes of town, country and military subjects as popular with collectors now as they were then.
